When We Were Young Festival is back in Las Vegas this October, and if the line-up poster hasn’t already melted your brain with nostalgia, the schedule definitely will. With two stacked days, October 18 and 19, there are more bands than you could possibly cram into one weekend.
The emo, pop-punk and alternative dream festival has levelled up once again, with two dates featuring the same line-up. Let’s be honest though, no one has time to see everything. So here are five sets you absolutely can’t afford to miss (each to their own of course).

Panic! At The Disco – A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out (in full)

Brendon Urie has dusted off his eyeliner and brought Panic! back for a special performance of their debut album in full. This is history in motion, the album that turned emo theatre into mainstream currency, and the soundtrack to every eyeliner smeared MySpace (Shout Out Tom) profile in 2005. Get ready for Vegas level theatrics, fans screaming every word, and the kind of footage you’ll be replaying for weeks.
Blink-182

The eternal teenage dream returns, Blink’s sets are built for festivals with wall to wall singalongs, pit energy that never dips, and crowd reactions that are content gold. They’ve outlasted every pop-punk cycle, and at When We Were Young they’re the living embodiment of what this festival is all about, if you want mass karaoke fun, this is where you plant yourself.
Knocked Loose

For anyone craving something heavier than eyeliner and power chords, Knocked Loose bring the ultimate heavy. Their hardcore ferocity makes them one of the few heavy bands on the bill capable of pulling a festival wide mosh, it’s exactly the contrast you need in a line-up full of nostalgia acts.
I Prevail

Bridging the gap between post hardcore grit and arena ready hooks, I Prevail are the modern face of alternative metal at When We Were Young. They’ve built a global fanbase on big choruses and even bigger breakdowns, making them the perfect act to drag your buddy who thinks the festival is “just emo” into something heavier. This set will prove that the genre’s future is just as loud as its past!
When We Were Young 2025 runs October 18–19 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Tickets, packages, and info right here!
