Canadian metalcore stalwarts Counterparts are gearing up for a big time US run, it all kicks off at Louder Than Life 2025. After touring Australia earlier in the year, the band has locked in a bunch of dates, kicking off in Kentucky and marking their return to US festival stages.

Their set on September 21 in Louisville, Kentucky is a standalone appearance, what better way to start a massive North American tour? This one is set to push the band’s relentless sound deeper into the hardcore mainstream.

While fans are still waiting for word on a follow up to 2022’s Full Length album A Eulogy For Those Still Here, the upcoming tour and their Louder Than Life appearance signal that something heavier might be brewing in the Counterparts camp.
For now, last years EP ‘Heaven Let Them Die’ is a great appetiser for more new music on the way, hopefully. Relive the visuals for “A Martyr Left Alive” / “No Lamb Was Lost”below:
Festival diehards can catch them alongside scene giants at Furnace Fest on October 4 before the tour swings north for Canadian dates in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, and beyond.
For Counterparts, the second half of 2025 looks set to be anything but quiet.
