‘King Of The Hill’ Season 14 Premieres Tomorrow – Hank Hill Is Back In Arlen And Things Are… Out There

Share

The long teased resurrection of King Of The Hill finally becomes reality tomorrow, with Season 14 firing up on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. After a 15 year hiatus and a fanbase that’s only grown more ironic and more nostalgic, Arlen’s most propane obsessed resident returns. Just older, wearier and dumped into a world that’s not quite what it used to be.

Hank Hill is back from a stint working overseas in Saudi Arabia (yep, seriously), and he’s come home to a town that barely remembers how to mow its lawn, let alone respect propane. Peggy’s planning their long overdue retirement, but Arlen’s not exactly letting them ride off into the Texan sunset. Dale’s still paranoid, Boomhauer’s still mumbling, and Bill… well, Bill’s still Bill.

King Of The Hill Season 14 Trailer

The new episodes drop tomorrow Monday, August 4, and pick up with Bobby Hill all grown up, now a chef in Dallas with a man bun and everything. He’s reconnecting with Connie, Joseph, and Chane, while Hank struggles to make peace with a world where TikTok dances have replaced backyard barbecues. It’s still King Of The Hill, just filtered through the awkward lens of middle aged identity crises and modern America’s deranged hustle culture.

Who’s In It?

Mike Judge returns to voice Hank, alongside original cast members Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Stephen Root, Toby Huss, and the late Johnny Hardwick, whose final performance as Dale is expected to be one of the season’s emotional high points. Behind the scenes, Judge and Greg Daniels hand the show running reins to Saladin Patterson, promising a new flavour that still respects the original recipe.
