Rush will play 2112 and Moving Pictures in full across five shows at Las Vegas’ Sphere in May 2027, as part of their Elevate From The Norm residency.
Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson will bring their Fifty Something touring lineup to Vegas, joined by drummer Anika Nilles and keyboardist Loren Gold. The shows will also honor the music and legacy of late drummer and lyricist Neil Peart.
Rush are developing a production specifically for Sphere, building on the visual ideas that have long been part of their concerts. In the band’s announcement, Lee explains that the team is expanding its current touring concepts and creating new visuals for the venue.
On the setlist, he said: “Meaning playing all of 2112 and all of Moving Pictures along with an array of other songs.”
