I Prevail Announce New Album ‘Violent Nature’, Drop Single ‘Rain’

Share

I Prevail are doubling down on their darker instincts. The Grammy nominated heavyweights just announced their fourth studio album ‘Violent Nature’, dropping September 19 via Fearless Records. Alongside the news, they’ve unleashed their latest single ‘Rain’, complete with a new music video.

I Prevail ‘Rain’ Video:

Following the relentless punches of earlier singles ‘Into Hell’ and the title track ‘Violent Nature’, ‘Rain’ takes a more reflective swing. While the track doesn’t pull its punches sonically, there’s a raw vulnerability layered beneath the aggression. According to frontman Eric Vanlerberghe, that’s no accident: “‘Rain’ deals with acceptance of things out of your control and finding clarity.”

It’s a fitting tone setter for what I Prevail promise will be their most intense collection to date. Produced entirely by bassist Jon Eberhard, ‘Violent Nature’ features 10 tracks built to challenge both the band and their fans.

The new record also marks a pivotal chapter in the band’s evolution, with Vanlerberghe now handling sole lead vocal duties, there’s a renewed focus and bite in I Prevail’s sound.

I Prevail ‘Violent Nature’ Tracklist:

1. Synthetic Soul
2. NWO
3. Pray
4. Annihilate Me
5. Violent Nature
6. Rain
7. Into Hell
8. Crimson & Clover
9. God
10. Stay Away

Pre Orders are live here!

Over the past decade, the Michigan outfit have carved out a space of their own in the metalcore scene. From ‘Lifelines’ to ‘TRUE POWER’, their refusal to conform has earned them gold records, Grammy nods, and legions of fans hungry for something that hits harder and feels real.

‘Violent Nature’ looks set to continue that trajectory. Whether it’s their heaviest work yet remains to be heard, but one thing’s clear: I Prevail aren’t slowing down.
