Five Finger Death Punch are hitting their 20th year with a mix of reflection and reinvention. The Las Vegas heavyweights have announced Best Of – Volume 2, due October 24 via Better Noise Music, which features 16 freshly re recorded tracks alongside three unreleased live cuts.
The move comes after the band’s original masters were sold without their knowledge, a setback they’ve chosen to flip on its head. Instead of remixing or remastering old material, Five Finger Death Punch went back into the studio to give their biggest songs new life. Fan favorites like Sham Pain, Blue On Black, Trouble, and Burn MF have all been revisited with the same aggression that made them staples in the first place.
The End Featuring BABYMETAL
Leading the release is a reimagined version of The End, this time featuring BABYMETAL. The collaboration pushes the song into new territory, weaving Japanese vocals from SU-METAL against Ivan Moody’s growl. SU-METAL says her favorite moment comes after the chorus when her voice is “engulfed by Ivan’s growl,” describing it as a chill inducing moment for her in the studio.

The collection also includes live versions of Wash It All Away, Wrong Side Of Heaven, and Jekyll And Hyde. Together, they highlight a band trying to honour its past while controlling its legacy on its own terms.
