‘Hype Man’ barrels forward on a mash of thick riffs, jagged electronics, and pounding rhythms, with Rob Damiani’s vocals ricocheting between rap-driven verses, soaring hooks, and throat tearing screams. “Hype Man is about how grateful I am to be on this journey with the rest of my bandmates. We’ve been friends since school and I don’t know how I could face all the challenges of life without them… We all need that person to talk to when things become too much, that person who can bring the energy and get you back on track. ‘Hype Man’ follows the band’s earlier 2025 release ‘Cellophane’, which signalled a sharpened nu-metal edge in their evolving sound. That track not only racked up over 700,000 streams in its first week but also landed Don Broco front and centre on major playlists including Spotify’s Nu New and YouTube’s New Metal.
