Ho99o9 are back and they’re armed with a sharper, more focused record that slices through genre walls. Titled ‘Tomorrow We Escape’, the duo’s upcoming full length drops September 9 and it’s already sounding like a grimy evolution from 2022’s ‘Skin’.
We caught up with Yeti Bones and theOGM to discuss their mindset going into recording the album and just how differently it was approached. Where ‘Skin’ was jagged and grimy, ‘Tomorrow We Escape’ sounds more calculated, no less violent, but more deliberate.

When it comes to shaping the sound of their music, Blink 182’s Travis Barker directed and produced ‘Bite My Face’ (from Skin), the band’s collab with Corey Taylor. We discuss what it was like hitting the studio with Barker, despite it being out of his more mainstream commercialised work. How did the Corey Taylor collaboration come about? “That’s the homie right there,” they say, his vocal cameo on ‘Bite My Face’ is the perfect fit!
