Insane Clown Posse’s The Naught Is Out Now – Just In Time For The Gathering

The wait’s over, Juggalos (depending on what time zone you are in)- Insane Clown Posse have just unleashed The Naught into the wild. Dropping August 12 in the US, the sixth Joker’s Card of the second deck is finally here, closing a chapter ICP have been building since Bang! Pow! Boom! back in 2009.

Seventeen tracks and sixty six minutes of pure clown fun. The Naught doesn’t try to be anything other than what it is, a blood slick, face painted tunes from the Dark Carnival. Song titles like Watch Me, Everybody Dies, Dead Kelly, and Only Wicked Sht* tell you exactly what headspace Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope are in. It’s a record built for blasting out of busted car speakers while you’re tearing down back roads to somewhere you shouldn’t be.

Our prediction on ‘While It Lasts’ potentially having Nothings Left vibes couldn’t have been further off, with it actually being a cover. On first listen to the entire album though? I think Juggalos will be very happy with the overall tone and the beginning of a new era!

If this wasn’t enough, the 25th Gathering of the Juggalos kicks off this Wednesday, August 13, at Legend Valley in Thornville, Ohio. You know the drill: four days of music, mayhem, and Faygo showers, this year with ICP sharing the bill with GWAR, Tech N9ne, RA the Rugged Man, Kottonmouth Kings and many more, a rogue’s gallery of underground artists. Throw in JCW, sideshows, late night karaoke, camping carnage, and a special Wraith: Shangri-La era performance, and you’ve got the full bore Juggalo Woodstock experience.
