Yungblud has cancelled the rest of his 2025 shows after routine voice and blood tests raised concerns and his doctor told him to stop touring immediately. In his statement he admitted he tends to run himself into the ground and said, “I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around.” For an artist who treats touring like oxygen, this one clearly hurt.
Fans have seen warning signs already. Earlier in the year he pulled out of his Liverpool show but still turned up to buy fans a round after tonsillitis knocked him out mid-tour. It was the kind of chaotic but heartfelt move he’s known for, but underneath it was a pretty clear signal that his voice was under strain.
The cancellations this time around include Philadelphia, Cleveland, Washington and multiple dates across Mexico and Latin America. All US tickets will be refunded, and he’s told fans who sign up via his link that he’ll send them a gift as a thank you for sticking by him. It’s classic Dom even when he’s struggling, he’s thinking about the fans who show up for him.
For someone wired the way he is, being forced to hit pause is brutal. But if taking time off now is what stops this from turning into long term damage, then this is the only move that makes sense. He’s built a fanbase here that shows up loud and loyal every single time, and the last thing anyone wants is to see him burn himself out trying to push through something his body clearly isn’t letting him ignore anymore.
Yungblud says he’ll be back next year. When he does come back, fans want him ready, healthy and firing. A reset now means a longer future onstage and that’s what everyone who loves him ultimately wants.

This year has been truly unbelievable and I feel so lucky and honoured from everything that has happened. This week when I got home off the road, and went to have some tests done (like I usually do) and my voice and blood tests have raised some concerns. I have been ordered by my doctor to take a break from touring until the end of the year.
It is in my nature to run and run until I run myself to the ground without giving a fuck about anything apart from the music and you guys but this time I’ve been told I have to take it seriously and I can’t fuck around.
I’m so sorry to do this. But reluctantly I have to cancel the shows through the end of the year. These include Philadelphia, Cleveland, Washington, Mexico City and Latin America. My heart is broken.
I don’t want do any lasting damage to myself, we are on a journey that I want to last forever. I understand that some of you will be frustrated. I just want you to know that this is so hard for me to do but I promise I will make it up to you.
