Yelawolf is hitting the road hard this year, and not just with old tricks. The Alabama genre blender has added a string of November dates for his ‘45 Tour’, extending the run deep into the southern and midwestern US with support from J Michael Phillips and JT Loux.

Yelawolf + J. Michael Phillips ‘Whiskey & Roses’
The expanded run follows the July 11 release of Whiskey & Roses, a wild, heartfelt and genre scrambling record that might be Yela’s most ambitious work yet. The album sees him and Phillips torching the lines between country, rock, and hip-hop, equal parts Southern grit, late night confession and outlaw swagger.
Tracks like ‘Helping Hand’ and ‘Amnesia’ showcase his melodic instincts and lyrical bite, while ‘Searching for Heaven’ packs raw emotional weight in a style that wouldn’t feel out of place on a Linkin Park record. This isn’t a novelty crossover, but more like a statement of identity and defiance.
