Every Halloween, Detroit becomes the beating heart of the Juggalo universe. This year will be no different, Insane Clown Posse are set for their 32nd Annual Hallowicked on Friday, October 31st, inside the legendary Masonic Temple. Tickets are live now, with Juggalos getting ready for another night of carnage and Faygo showers.
Hallowicked has been running since 1994, making it one of Detroit’s longest standing music traditions. Across three decades, the show has bounced between venues including Harpo’s, the Fillmore, Saint Andrew’s Hall, Royal Oak Music Theatre and the Russell Industrial Center. It always comes home to the city that birthed ICP, the Motor City, Detroit. Only one year has ever been interrupted, that was 1996 when Violent J shattered his collarbone in a wrestling match. Even then, the show wasn’t lost, just delayed until December.
Based On Tradition
The pandemic couldn’t even kill it, In 2020, ICP streamed Hallowicked from Violent J’s own living room, proving that the Dark Carnival doesn’t skip a season. For Juggalos, that consistency is sacred, each year brings exclusive singles, limited run merch, and sometimes surprise album announcements. Mostly though, it’s about painted faces, soda soaked crowds, and ICP steering the show like deranged ringleaders.
As Violent J put it in a past Detroit News interview, “Halloween has always been our time, our celebration.” That spirit is stitched into the DNA of Hallowicked. It’s not just another stop on a tour, it’s a cultural cornerstone for ICP and their fans, one night when the carnival’s mythos steps out of the shadows and takes over the city.

In 2025, Juggalos will once again descend on the Masonic Temple for a night of blood red lights, carnival chants, and gallons of fizz. Three decades in, Hallowicked isn’t slowing down. If anything, it feels more vital than ever, a testament to ICP’s ability to keep a bizarre, beloved tradition alive in the city that made them.
